This year's talent show conducted on 7th January 2012, saw an overwhelming response with the participation of 330 students from various schools in and around Dindigul and Madurai Districts. Drawing, Tamil Essay Writing, Elocution in English, Demonstration of a Science Experiment and Poem recitation competitions were conducted.
The performance of students stood evidence to their efforts. The winners were awarded a cash prize of Rs. 2500, Rs. 1500 and Rs. 1000 as I, II and III prizes respectively. There was a tough competition among all the students. At length, Kaviyan School won the overall shield with the highest score. The participation of many more schools is anticipated in the coming shows.
