Green day was celebrated on 17/07/13. Nature was brought to the classroom. Charts, green vegetables, toys, a bouquet with drumstick leaves teamed an apt display for the class room. All the tiny tots came neatly dressed in various shades of green and sang rhymes related to Greenery, did colouring activity, danced to the tunes of vegetables and fruits rhymes and enjoyed a lot.
Finally there was a grand parade around the campus comprising of LKG and UKG kids all beautified with natural green crowns, belts, skirts, bands and swords.
Students of all classes were excited and cheered them up as they marched in line in front of all the classes. Thus the celebration would get locked in the memories for the days to come.
