Field trip to Kaka Oothu 2012 - 2013

Class I and II students were taken to Kaka Oothu on 21/08/12, which is located at St. Pius X Boys' Town on the northern slope of Nagamalai hills on the Madurai - Sholavandhan Road. It was a calm and green place, where children explored the beauty of nature. The significance of the place is the spring which starts from the root of a banyan tree. Everybody enjoyed touching the cool spring water and having lunch in the cool shade. They were excited and their happiness knew no bounds.
